The mission of the Anderson Makers Market is to support local small businesses and creators from across the Upstate. We support an assorted community of artists of all mediums, farmers, bakers, crafters, designers, upcyclers, diy-ers, artisanal crafters, florists, and so much more! We look for businesses that promote community engagement, use ethical practices, offer originality, and feature quality, handcrafted goods. To keep diversity within the market, we limit the number of vendors in each category to improve the experience for shoppers and creators alike. Our vendor list is carefully curated based on a variety of factors. Vendors who are not immediately accepted are added to our waitlist and may still have a chance to participate. All makers are welcome to apply!
We are not accepting any network marketing or multilevel marketing businesses at this time. Informational booths are not well-suited, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Vendors will be notified of their acceptance via email confirmation from director@truesouthernevents.com*. In most cases, vendors are notified within two weeks of the application date. All vendors should be notified by the acceptance deadline listed on the website and social media pages for the next upcoming event. Once you are accepted, your payment must be made by the deadline specified on your invoice. If payment has not been received by this deadline, your space will be forfeited and may be offered to a vendor on our waitlist. *All official event communication will come from director@truesouthernevents.com ONLY. An official invoice will be sent to accepted vendors through True Southern Events, LLC. We will not ask for payment through any other means. All accepted payment options will be listed on the invoice. WARNING: Please be vigilant and keep an eye out for possible scams. It's nothing personal—we promise! We take our vendor acceptance process very seriously. Each vendor application is carefully reviewed and considered based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: what you sell (quality, price, category, style, etc), space availability, vendor category saturation, ability and willingness to self-promote and promote the market, social media activity, and the location of your business. Any vendor who is not accepted during the first round of approvals will be added to our waitlist. Vendors on the waitlist may be notified of acceptance in case of openings due to cancellations or forfeitures. Vendors who are not accepted for a particular market are encouraged to apply to future markets. We would love to feature each and every vendor at some point, and we are always looking to give new businesses opportunities to join!

Each vendor is assigned a 10'x10' booth space. Vendors may request outdoor spaces or covered barn spaces, based on availability. All outdoor vendors are required to bring a tent. Tables, chairs, and setup items are not provided. Vendors will be informed of their booth assignments on the date specified in the vendor acceptance letter.
Access to electricity is available upon request. Wifi is available, however, vendors are encouraged to provide a variety of payment acceptance methods in case of connection interruption.

While not encouraged, we do on occasion allow booth sharing. We ask that when applying you include general information about both businesses, products, social media, and websites. Both vendors will be reviewed and need to be approved based on their personal brand and products as well as the overall cohesive blending of both vendors styles. All vendor fees are non-refundable. All fees go towards funding market production costs including staffing, marketing, materials, etc. Anderson Makers Market reserves the right to make exceptions to the refund policy in cases of extreme circumstances – for more information, contact director@truesouthernevents.com.
