Set atop a hill and surrounded by tall oak trees, you will find the private estate, Rocky River. Steeped with tradition, this picturesque setting is ideal for creating timeless memories. Inside the home, guests will find 10 spacious rooms, crystal chandeliers, and beautifully laid pine floors. The exterior of the home is framed by two-story columns, an original Juliet balcony, and a wraparound porch.
TAYLOR GARDEN
Taylor Garden accommodates 250+ guests
Rocky River sits among centuries-old oak trees and vibrant, flowering shrubs. Azaleas of pink hues lead guests to Taylor Garden, where sunlight peeks through the trees into the clearing. Taylor Garden features the perfect amount of shade for receptions and outdoor seating, even on the brightest afternoons. The manicured grounds are designed to complement the historic features.
BOOTLEGGER BARN
Accommodates up to 250 guests
Rustic charm is paired with downhome fun in the Bootlegger Barn, located behind the colonial-style home at Rocky River. What was originally a fully-functioning horse stable in the 1800s has been modernized and transformed into an open-concept space. Charred whiskey barrels set the scene to offer an authentically southern soirée. Surrounding the Bootlegger Barn are 62+ acres of rolling countryside, allowing ample room for events of the largest scale.
